Job Description
In this role you will be assisting Fee-earners and Managers with data input, and file opening. The position will also include covering reception at our Bridgend office and taking telephone calls.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Attending to clients on the telephone and in person
• Monitoring incoming post and email correspondence
• File creation using our Case Management System
• Undertaking Anit Money Laundering checks for new clients
• File closing using our case management System
• Scanning post onto the Case Management System
• Taking debit and credit card payments
• Dealing with all outgoing post
• General administrative tasks

• IT Literacy in Word, excel, and outlook is essential.
